Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Deju-box@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Products showing signs of wear or installation
• Items damaged by misuse
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund.
